LuxuryVillaPhuket.net is a trading style of Luxury Asia Lifestyles Co Ltd, founded in 2009 when two local expatriates Adam Keating and Lee O’Neill, decided that the villa industry on Koh Samui needed to change gear. Built on the premise that luxury means a 5 star commitment from the moment an enquiry is received to the day the guests leave for home they set about building a portfolio of villas and team to deliver the vision firstly on Samui and more recently on Phuket. Starting with just three villas and a team of twelve, the company has steadily grown increasing the number of villas under management and team to support them. Today we manage twenty-eight luxury villas and have checked-in and out over 20,000 guests. We continue to grow and refine our business and look forward to serving more happy guests in 2020 and beyond. Meet Adam Keating – Reservations Director
Adam first visited Koh Samui and Phuket as an open eyed backpacker travelling around SE Asia in 1989 and continued to visit for holidays over the years until finally settling here in 2005. Adam previously worked in the finance world for ICAP Plc serving clients like Credit Suisse and JP Morgan, until his passion for travel persuaded him to seek an alternative venture. Now responsible for reservations and marketing Adam takes great pride in ensuring everything runs efficiently and guests leave with only happy memories. Adam interests include rugby, golf, and tennis.
Meet Lee O’Neill – Finance Director
Lee comes to us from a contracts and finance background and previously worked as regional manager for some of the biggest names in house building and asset leasing. Lee is responsible for all financial and legal affairs and ensuring the company remains in good health for future growth. Sporting wise Lee previously played rugby for teams in South Africa, Austrialia and the UK.
